Community Partners

Supporting Community Connections (SCC) is part of the Sacramento County Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Suicide Prevention Project. Supporting Community Connections targets nine Sacramento community populations. A consumer-operated Warm Line is also administered by Mental Health America of Northern California (MHANCA.). G.O.A.L.S. is an SCC Collaborative Partner serving the Sacramento County African American community.
